...::: Philter aka. Magnus Gangstad Jørgensen, is a norwegian musician straight out of Bergen, Norway. His music features some of the most goodvibed and funky electronica/synth/feelgood music you have ever heard.
Philter was actually born in Molde, but moved to rainy Bergen at the age of ten. Already in his childhood he was mixing and sampling music, making his very own cassette mixtapes. As the years passed, Magnus was introduced to his first music tracker at the age of 18, and he was instantly hooked.. "The fact that it was possible to make your own melodies and songs, without actually having access to a truckload of instruments, was mind blowing."
As the years progressed, so did Magnus' music.. and in 2004 he formed Philter. He uploaded some songs to the norwegian music site URØRT, where upcoming musicians can show of their musical talent. Seeing as the music is incredibly catchy, word soon spread and Philter's popularity went through the roof, and it has been reported that the popularity spaceshuttle has just passed the moon with no signs of slowing down (even though Bellman made the song "Spaceship Move Slow" to try breaking its stride)
Philters music has been in numerous extremesport movies, among them the new skateboard movie DC: Delta Charlie 2. He is also featured regularly in television aswell, such as "Waschera!"/"Norway Cup"/"God Kveld Norge!" etc. Here's a list of projects that Philter has been involved in:

Philter (Magnus): "Well, this one time in Oahu, Hawaii, I was riding this killer, 20 foot wave. I suddenly bail out, and the undercurrent drags me right onto this jagged rock, which breaks 3 of my ribs
and knocks me unconscious...

Philter (Magnus): ....okey okey, I just saw that on Youtube. If I was wasn't such a weak bastard I might have a cool story like that, but instead God cursed me with this musical "talent" thing, hehe.
But on a serious note, I really admire people who surf. Both on the physical aspect, 'cus lets face it, you have to
have some major cahones to do the stuff these guys do, but also on the mental side of it.

Philter is currently unsigned, but has gathered thousands of fans all around the globe, and in our opinion it is only a matter of time before a label goes in for the kill.
